a) First, search for a set of old tires. Make sure that the rims are, still attached to them.
b) Then make four drills in each plate weight. Ensure that all the holes match up with the existing holes on the tire rims.
c) After doing so, take nuts and bolts and use them to attach the weights to each tire. Make sure that the weights are tightened in place firmly.
d) Take one tire and slide it onto the end of the barbell.
e) Finally, add the weight collars to both sides of the tires. This ensures that the plates stay in place during use. In addition, it prevents the plates from falling off when one is lifting up the bumper plates.
